Tony DeSare

We have been looking forward to watching Tony de Sare perform live and we had this chance when he came to Seattle. He didn't disappoint us at all. His guests, Aubrey Logan and John Manzari were excellent as well. Needless to say, we are proud to have our very own Seattle Symphony Orchestra backing them up. (Our show was cut short towards the end due to a fire alarm asking everyone to evacuate the building!) We had a great time!

So pleased to have been able to see Tony DeSare in Phoenix again. He never disappoints. This show with the Phoenix Symphony was over the top!

We had such a great time at Tony DeSare's concert. He's an amazingly talented performer, singing and playing everything from Billy Joel and Jerry Lee Lewis to Sinatra and even Rhapsody in Blue, all completely from memory! The intimate setting made it feel extra special. There were only about 60 of us, seated at small tables, and Tony even mentioned that it felt like he was playing for guests in his own home. That's exactly how it felt, warm, personal, and full of charm. We will be watching for any future concerts of his that are close to home!

Great entertainer, musician, and person. Ed Decker always looked up to Tony and now i know why

Tony never disappoints. Seen him many times and the symphony definitely enhanced his performance. Can't wait for the next GF symphony show. So glad I got season tickets already.

Phenomenal performance. Desare personifies the term “hands flying across the keyboard.” I’m looking forward to seeing him at Carnegie Hall in February 2025.

The livestream concert was great. Tony DeSare was fabulous as always. Champian Fulton was great. She kept Tony on his toes. lol

Tony was terrific!

Tony DeSare was …and is ALWAYS …an excellent performer…gorgeous, smooth as silk voice…excellent piano playing…fantastic, jazzy repertoire of standards and his beautifully written originals…and interesting personal, musical stories he warmly shared with the audience:) His amazing guitarist is also always a soothing treat, and the talented bass player and amazing drummer rounded out the uplifting sound to sooth stressed out New Yorkers:) Also I just love Birdland as a venue, easily accessible, excellent talent and delicious food in cool, intimate, top notch “night out on the town” Manhattan atmosphere! So, yeah, I liked it! Lol …I loved it!

Exceeded expectations!

This is my third time seeing Mr. DeSare what a privilege to see him again. Tony is a very talented pianist, singer, song writer and entertainer. Tony sings Frank Sinatra's hits wonderfully, and his interpretation of Great Balls of Fire was excellent. Tony's rendition of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue accompanied by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra was marvelous. Tony had the crowd on their feet several times and received two standing ovations. I look forward to seeing Tony DeSare again hopefully soon.

Mr. DeSare was described by those around me as a "world-class talent." Tony was in full and fine voice, and the piano was jazzy and swinging. It was a one man show last night, and Tony partnered with his very active and appreciative audience to create a glorious evening performing standards as well as his own fine songs. He is a composer, too, afterall. He was also funny, informative, friendly, and kind.

Tony DeSare is a fabulous talent. Whether doing his (almost) daily song diaries, or performing on stage the excellence of his vocals, the mastery and eloquence in his piano playing combine leaving the audience totally enthralled. Capathia Jenkins is marvelous. She has a wonderous vocal range and when interpreting Ella, she lowers her key to be faithful to the great Miss Ella. Her use of s**t is perfection, even! These two are magic together! Kudos to Tony's trio--awsome! Conductor Everly and the BSO were great!

Amazing! Fantastic Performance! Can’t wait till the next one!
