Cinque musicisti fondono le loro diverse anime in un'esplosione di ritmo e suoni, dando così vita alla Extreme Irish Music. Il loro repertorio varia da pezzi di propria composizione a ballate folk tradizionali, da melodie evocative a indiavolate battaglie tra flauto e violino. Nel 2011 è uscito il loro primo album If It Doesn't Last Forever e nel 2015 il secondo, What are you looking for, prodotti che raccolgono l'esperienza pluriennale sui palchi dei festival (tra cui il Triskell a Trieste, il festival Ortigueira in Spagna, il Bundan, il Folk Night a Tamm in Germania) ed ai banconi dei pub. Wooden Legs is a band of five young musicians active since 2008, in which year they made themselves known by participating in the international festival of celtic music Triskell of Trieste. The gruop can count on an undoubted technical quality combined with original research on Celtic and Irish folk music; all the members have formed at the Music Academy Conservatory of Trieste. Their repertoire ranges from traditional ballads, special fusions of classic jigs or reel, to tunes of their own composition that, while maintaining the atmosphere of the genre, plays with unusual instrumental cocktails.
