Creatively fresh ideas, a perfect blend of heavy riffs, melodic and dark atmospheric parts with impressive vocal presentation, and just the right amount of rage is what really makes this band stand out in the sea of bands copying one another, trying to be heavier, more technical and brutal than ever, somehow forgetting the idea of writing great music. Coming from Croatia, where they have already left an impressive mark on the audiences with their energetic and powerful live performances, distinctive promo events, and playing at numerous festivals across Europe, they have established themselves as a new prospective band.

Origins of the band date back to 2004, when they started playing under the name Downfall. Growing out of their melodic death phase, as they themselves call it, in 2008 the band changed its name to KRYN, and started a new era of modern metal in their country, and the rest of Central and Eastern Europe, set out to inspire and share their energy and love for music with the rest of the world.

With their debut album “Scars Remind Me” that Kryn released with German record label Eternal Sound Records, as well as working on new music, they are more than ready to show the world what they are made of! The band is currently working on a new EP. They have already released four singles from their new music material: Risset, The Deceiver, Waters and The Riven Heart.
