Steppheavy is now complete with originality, diversity and high energy, melding the best sounds in music today and crossing boundaries to give listeners something Heavy yet Fresh. Steppheavy explodes on the scene with four diverse, eclectic members. Classically trained guitarist Jarrett Leopard (McDonough, GA), brings a syphonically powerful edge on strings that cannot be denied. He's backed by an uncompromising, in the pocket rhythm section, which features percussionist David Moreland and bassist Bobby "Fuzzy" Farrell (New Jersey), both taking from the influences of Funk, Soulful Jazz, to the hardest of Metal. Each have been seasoned from some of the area's hottest bands, consisting of some of music's biggest radio stars today. Topped off by rising singer/actor/dancer/songwriiter Apollo Levine (South Bend, IN). Apollo brings gritty church soul vocals with a new school twist. He has been seen in such movies as Tyler Perry's A Family That Preys and major stage plays like Ragtime, Dreamgirls, and Smokey's Joe's Cafe with Broadway in the works.
