TRST

TRST has been heavily deep into music production since he was at the young age of 13. Introduced by a close friend of his, music started to become a hobby that would intrigued him and made him a bedroom producer. Hip-Hop became something he embraced as part of his culture. Producing a wide range of Hip-Hop style tracks mixed with R&B flavors, TRST made his mark around the city working with many artists. In 2012, TRST landed a job in a nightclub called Hudson Terrace where he was first introduced to Electronic music formally. Working as an AV Tech, he started to learn the top 40 songs that would circulate with every DJ that passed through the club. The genre began to interest him and he started to do his own research on his own about Electro, Progressive, Big Room, Deep House, etc. In 2013, at the age of 24, he made the decision to convert from Hip-Hop to EDM. Not only has his experience watching DJs every weekend helped him learn songs, but also helped him gain crucial DJ skills which helped me pick up his career as a DJ. Starting off now in 2014 at the age of 25, he has produced several originals and working on several remixes as well, open to collaborating with talented producers/musicians. His DJ sets consists of a wide range of vibes. He bring memory lane back with old school tracks, BASS PUMPING EDM tracks, current Hip-Hop tracks, and then bringing down to some grinding Reggae riddims. Now, working harder than ever, TRST is determined to progress through the year of 2014 with a stronger fan base, more content, collaborations, and more DJ sets to catch around the city soon.
