Based in Porto, Portugal, Jonny D (João Daniel Gomes Martins) is a professional Sound Engineer, Electronic Music Producer, and DJ, with the mission of positioning himself among the leading professionals in the electronic music industry through a commitment to technical excellence and innovation. His career is backed by a solid academic and practical foundation, having graduated with merit (BA Hons) in Music Production & Sound Engineering from the prestigious Point Blank Music School in London, followed by studio specialisation in recording, mixing, and mastering at the renowned Arda Academy in Porto. His technical background also integrates DJ skills developed at Danceplanet and ProDJ, alongside fluent English proficiency certified by the British Council and the Wall Street Institute.



Beginning his career behind the decks in 2016, he stood out as a resident DJ across multiple locations for the Tiffosi Denim brand and served as the official DJ for the Miss Queen Portugal national final gala in 2018. Following a dedicated period focused on advanced academic qualifications and the conceptual development of the "Dreams Of" brand, Jonny D returns to live performances with refined artistic maturity. His current tour features high-profile stages and private events, including notable appearances at Fortaleza da Póvoa de Varzim and Alfândega do Porto during the iconic São João festivities.



His discography began in 2018 with the original single "Ex's on the Beach", whose official music video—starring the artist himself—premiered at the Centro Cultural de Viana do Castelo during the Miss Queen Portugal 2018 national final. The catalogue expanded with the official anthem "Portugal – Onde Vai 1 Vão Todos" (2022) and the dedicated track for Sporting CP, "Sporting – Onde Vai 1 Vão Todos" (2023), followed by a high-energy dancefloor edit, "Portugal – Onde Vai 1 Vão Todos (Jonny D Tuga Remix)", in 2024. Following an intensive studio period throughout 2024 and 2025, his current DJ sets feature an exclusive selection of custom bootlegs and remixes that drive the signature energy of the "Dreams Of" tour.



In 2026, following three years of intensive development, Jonny D launches "Dreams Of" — a new concept comprising four themed events ("Dreams Of – Tugalândia", "Dreams Of – Hippie Ibiza", "Dreams Of – Zucalatina", and "Dreams Of – Electronic"). Available for national and international touring, the project highlights his dual expertise as both a headline DJ and producer of his own events. As an integral part of this immersive experience, he developed an exclusive line of official brand merchandise alongside the audiovisual innovation Crystal Box World and the USB Box — a pioneering 2-in-1 physical and digital solution for the integrated commercialisation of music, photography, and video.
