Ruby Archer

Ruby Archer is a singer-songwriter whose jazz-tinged pop blends rich harmonies and intricate rhythms into immersive, emotionally charged soundscapes. An accomplished musician and storyteller, Ruby's music is defined by its unflinching raw honesty, vulnerability and emotional depth. Based on the NSW Central Coast, Ruby has earned national recognition as the winner of the 2023 15 Years of triple j's Unearthed High competition after earning a 4.5-star review from triple j Music Director Richard Kingsmill. She won the 2024 Australian Women in Music Awards - Emerging Artist category when she was recognised for her “unique and raw honesty which creates a direct and emotional connection with audiences”. Also in 2024, her debut album Oh So Tender was nominated for the esteemed Australian Music Prize and she was placed in the Top 100 of the Vanda & Young Global Song Competition.
