Misty Mountain Strings is a Northern California-based live act reimagining an eclectic range of cover songs with inventive arrangements and a fresh, genre-blending sound. A seasoned duo, they have performed on many stages up & down the West Coast since 2021.

Featuring vocalist Kristen Marie on electric cello & rhythm guitar alongside lead guitarist Kelsey Mayer, the duo weaves expressive melodies & groove-driven rhythms together to perform familiar favorites across many genres. From instrumental interpretations featuring masterful live looping by Kelsey, to the sultry vocal performances by powerhouse Kristen Marie, their sound moves effortlessly between styles, offering a unique take on recognizable classics.
