About Danger O.D.

Danger O.D.
Danger O.D. are an electronic band inspired by Numan, Depeche Mode and NIN. Their new E.P. features 3 original tracks and one Tubeway Army cover and was produced by Geoff Pinckney of Tenek and Mesh fame. The hard-hitting lead track, Burn Under Glass, questions the role and power of tech oligarchs, remote warfare and asks whether we will ‘Stand Up’ against this modern tyranny or stay silent and ‘don’t ask why’. The song has a fantastic video produced by the renowned film and TV editor Adam Trotman who has worked on Doctor Who, Strikeback and Trigger Point. The second track, Can’t Find the Light, has reflections of Kraftwerk and neon lights in its electronic beauty. The punchy cover of Tubeway Army’s classic ‘b side’ of Are Friends Electric, We Are So Fragile, is full of analogue swoops and guitar’s and is a live favourite. The E.P finishes on the track Remember the Glories which looks back with longing at friendships and the passage of time and is reminiscent of Dramatis at their anthemic best; “We carry our pain, the stories of life, each heartbeat a tale, nostalgia so bright”.
