Manizeh

Manizeh Rimer is the founder of London’s acclaimed Love Supreme Projects, whose work bridges mantra, music and mindfulness. Born in Pakistan, raised in Switzerland, and educated in the United States, she draws on her global experiences to create spaces where community, movement, and heart converge. Central to Manizeh's artistic expression is mantra chanting, rooted in the belief that an open heart is the greatest agent of change.

Manizeh makes her recording debut via LEITER with 'Mahku', a striking statement of contemporary spiritual jazz that brings together a stellar cast: singer and transdisciplinary artist ganavya; LEITER co-founder Felix Grimm; Grammy-nominated Jai Uttal; bassists Ben Hazleton and Doug Weiss; harpist Miriam Adefris; pianist Jay Verma; and Manizeh‘s teenage daughter, Mahku Rimer, on vocals and guitar.

What cracks your heart open? “My family and friends. Love Supreme Projects. Chanting together. Dancing. Trees. A great book. A beautiful painting. A perfectly ripe Alphonso mango. Also, sometimes silence.”
