About The Sankaras
The Sankaras
The Sankaras are an alt-rock band from Glasgow, Scotland who weave the grit and punch of modern rock with the style and swagger of the 70s, to deliver vintage vibes with a modern message.
Formed by high school friends in 2022, The Sankaras have developed into one of the most exciting bands to come out of Scotland, combining their expert showmanship and over-the-top theatricality with their love of chaotic musical improvisation, making every show stand on its own. The only thing you can know for certain when witnessing The Sankaras, is that you’re in for the time of your life.
