Focus Thirty

Focus Thirty are a four-piece alternative rock band local to Bristol, UK. Formed in late 2024, vocalist Phil Quinlan and bassist Ben Marshall joined together to get guitarist Dave Jenkins and drummer Dan Wilkins on board in order to start writing the music they wanted.

A sound inspired from 21st century alt rock bands such as Nothing But Thieves and Biffy Clyro, Focus Thirty were committed to create their own blend of punchy riffs, melodic hooks and anthemic atmospheres to the rock songs they were making.

After months of writing, the band was able to start bringing their music out into the world in 2025. However, January 2026 marks the start of their studio releases with the single ‘Dumb and Blind’, the first song to be written by the band and a fitting high-energy, high-volume debut release.
