Pelikel

Hailing from the Beirut music scene, Pēlikel is a Montreal-based band composed of brothers Joey and Kevin Semaan, Roy Andraos, Leslie Torck, and Étienne Desruisseaux. Rooted in modern progrock but unbound by it, they blend indie sensibilities, orchestral textures, and intimate lyricism into music that balances dynamic arrangements with emotional immediacy.

Through their latest releases earlier this year, Pēlikel continues to explore the visceral quality of their sound, both in the studio and on Canadian stages. Incorporating visuals projected onto synchronized CRT screens, their performances are both sonically and visually compelling, making the music feel more immediate and human than ever.
