Ian Highhill

Ian Highhill is a Finnish heavy metal veteran with four decades of steel under his belt. Drawing direct inspiration from the NWOBHM movement and icons like Black Sabbath and Judas Priest, Highhill delivers the raw essence of traditional hard rock and doom.

THE JOURNEY
After fronting internationally recognized acts Olympos Mons and Astralion, Ian launched a solo career that has only gained momentum. From the "Iommi-esque" riffs of Man in White (2021) and Gallows (2024), he has now reached a creative zenith in 2026 with his latest release, "A Hymn Among Gravestones." It’s an unapologetic, authentic tribute to the golden era of metal, proving Ian is operating at the peak of his powers.

THE LIVE EXPERIENCE
On stage, Highhill is backed by a powerhouse trio of world-class musicians. Together, they deliver a high-octane performance fueled by old-school grit and a commanding stage presence. From the first crushing riff to the final encore, the Ian Highhill live experience is a must-see for any true fan of classic heavy metal.
