Lucas Tecson

Lucas Tecson (he/him) is a Filipino-American singer-songwriter, music educator, and performer now based in Los Angeles! Relocating to the beautiful Southern California area late 2025, Lucas is now currently looking to make more music, connect with like-minded creatives, and gain new perspectives in the ever-changing world of music.

Known for writing Silicon Valley Pride's first anthem, "Get Loud," as well as receiving widespread acclaim on his covers on TikTok, Lucas's work bridges performance, education, and event curation to amplify underrepresented voices within the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

Inspired by the 2010s YouTube sensations AJ Rafael and Jeremy Passion, hints of Michael Bublé and Frank Sinatra from his time studying jazz, and Rebecca Sugar on her musical work and storytelling on shows like Steven Universe and Adventure time, Lucas's sound is a synthesis of passion and personal storytelling.

Whether at the San Francisco Pride A&PI Stage, celebrating musical culture at Chopsticks Alley Art, or working as a private music teacher, Lucas strives to create spaces where identity and artistry thrive hand in hand, reminding others it’s important to get loud and be heard.
