About Piotr Michałowski
Piotr Michałowski – a music producer working within the ambient aesthetic. His productions are usually simple, harmonic, and focus more on sound manipulation than on creating complex arrangements. For many years, he performed under the pseudonym Nmls, producing music on the border between ambient, IDM, and downtempo.
Both his solo and collaborative works (with Grzegorz Bojanek or Marek Kamiński) have been released as albums, EPs, or featured on compilations through labels such as Dronarivm, Whitelabrecs, Ohm Resistance, Component Recordings, Essentia Mundi, Etalabel, and N_Coded Records — a micro-label that Piotr founded and ran between 2016 and 2020.
Piotr has released two solo albums under his real name: “Point Zero” (2021) and “Eyes Closing” (2023). In addition to music, he is also involved in programming and photography.
