Where some feel fear, others will find peace. Where some feel alone, others will find comfort in the arms of solitude. But fear, anger, and hatred are emotions we all carry within – no matter how much society tries to bury them.
Ascender, formed in 2023, gives those feelings a voice. Their songs are a release for all the negativity channeled by a generation forced to clean up the mess of the past – a burden the young which are left to suffer, while the old stay in ignorance.
The band embraces their trauma without restraint. Shattered inside and crushed on the outside by the weight of a broken world, they have chosen to turn frustration into their sound and become a voice for those who feel suffocated by the dust and dirt of this new reality.
With an uncompromising sound, forged from emotional lyrics, screaming guitars, and thunderous drums, Ascender creates soundscapes that are raw, dark, and atmospheric – a cry against stagnation, resignation, and silence.
