Static State

Static State is a four piece alternative rock band based in Melbourne, Australia. Starting out in 2011, the band managed to gain early momentum making it into the top 30 on Triple J Unearthed High and also getting opportunities to open for both Skillet (US) and play at Easterfest while also releasing their first self-titled EP. Due to the workload of finishing high school and beginning university, the band became fairly dormant for the next couple of years until releasing their acoustic EP, Polarized, at the end of 2014. Since then they have played on TV for Melbourne 22, played at the Knox Festival and have opened for Darlow (AUS) amongst a number of other shows, all the while refining their energetic and diverse live sets. They released their debut album, Home, in June 2016 and have since played at the State Youth Games. They are currently lining up more shows and working on new material.
