Marta Vega

Marta Vega is a London-based alt-rock artist carving out her own space in the modern alternative landscape. Her sound lives between grunge grit and dark-pop melody, driven by distorted guitars, punchy drums, and vocals that move effortlessly from intimate to ferocious.

Her latest single, “Bye,” is a blistering 1:47 breakup anthem - a sharp, cathartic release powered by fuzzy guitars and relentless momentum. Praised by Mystic Sons for its “raw yet irresistibly catchy” energy, it channels heartbreak, anger, and liberation into something short, visceral, and unforgettable.

Across earlier tracks like “Better Days” and “Oxygen,” Marta taps into post-punk basslines, shadowy atmospheres, and the gritty alternative influences she grew up on. That blend of distortion and melody has earned support from Earmilk, Maximum Volume Music, and Spotify’s All New Rock UK and New Music Friday.

On stage, she performs with a full five-piece band known for high-intensity sets and a commitment to inclusive, diverse spaces.

Whether in the studio or under stage lights, Marta Vega turns chaos into power and emotion into art - delivering a sound that’s defiant, vulnerable, and unmistakably her own.
