Boomershack

Boomershack is made up of Dan Perez, Will Clark, Ethan Davis, and Charlie Little. Dan and Will met at the Cactus Cafe in Austin, hanging out at Monday night open mics and playing DIY shows with a rotating cast of band members. Once Ethan and Charlie joined, the sound really started taking shape, and the band began sifting through the heaps of recordings Dan had stockpiled on cassettes and a digital 8 track. The band hid out in a cabin for a few weeks and tried to figure out what to do with all this material. Out of that experience came new songs, new versions of old songs and old recordings of old songs that surfaced and coalesced into their debut EP Hangups, out now on Far West Records.
