Silence The Echo is the realization of a vision that began in 2022. The brainchild of the vocalist Katja
Stefanovic and her husband renowned composer Jani Stefanovic (ex. Solution .45, Miseration). The
band began as a dynamic duo crafting what is to become their debut album – a testament to their bold
artistic vision.

For years, Katja and Jani meticulously crafted a sound that seamlessly blended the crushing intensity
of modern metal and metalcore with atmospheric electronic and ambient elements. Their songwriting
was fuelled by a desire to create something deeply personal yet universally resonant – a sonic journey
that would captivate and uplift audiences worldwide.

By 2024, their vision had grown beyond a duo, necessitating the formation of a complete lineup. To
bring their ambitious sound to life, they enlisted a formidable ensemble of seasoned musicians:
guitarist Teemu Rautiainen (ex. One Morning Left), drummer Nikke Karaksela (Frail, Ocean Dark), and
bassist Tommi Huuskonen (Ocean Dark). Together, they forged a powerful identity.

Spotify and 20,000 views on YouTube within a short period. Their follow-up single, “Through The Dark,”
further solidified their place in the modern metal sphere, delving into the chaos of the world and
offering a message of hope and shelter through faith. With an ever-growing fanbase and 13,500
monthly listeners on Spotify, Silence The Echo is proving to be a rising force in the scene.

To achieve their signature sound, the band collaborated with esteemed producer and mixing engineer
Thomas ‘Plec’ Johansson at Panic Room Studio, ensuring a rich and polished sonic experience. Their
music was further elevated by the mastering expertise of the legendary Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound,
giving their tracks a pristine, powerful finish.

With a highly anticipated debut album set for release in 2025, Silence The Echo has laid out an
