Siobhan Élouise

Siobhan Élouise (Pronounced "She-Von"), aka
The Neon Soul, is a London-based
singer-songwriter known for her powerful
vocals and genre-blending style.


Mixing jazz, pop, neo-soul, & classic soul, she
creates a timeless, unforgettable sound. Her
soulful voice & captivating stage presence have
made her stand out in the R&B & Neo-Soul
scenes.


Most recently, She was named a MOBO UnSung
2025 finalist, solidifying her place among the
UK's most promising emerging artists & is
currently part of their exclusive year-long artist
development program sponsored by Marshall &
the PRS Foundation, setting the stage for an
incredible year ahead.


Siobhan began her journey with formal training
in Performing Arts, refining her craft at the
Institute of Contemporary Music Performance &
has collaborated with notable UK artists.


In 2025, Siobhan will perform at top festivals,
including SXSW London & Glastonbury Festival.
She has also appeared at major events like the
Bigo Live Red Carpet Gala in Singapore and
Radiate Festival, where she opened for reggae
legend Richie Spice. Her standout performance
on BBC One's "I Can See Your Voice" further
solidified her reputation.


Siobhan's music, inspired by Erykah Badu, India
Arie, Teedra Moses,Jhené Aiko, & more, is known for dynamic
vocals & unique storytelling. Her debut single,
"Body on You," features a remix with Robert
Curry of Day26 and is gaining international
traction.
