About Icarus Burns

Icarus Burns
Icarus Burns
Born in the heart of Berlin’s underground scene, Icarus Burns fuses crushing stoner grooves with the expansive soundscapes of heavy psych and the intricate storytelling of progressive metal. Their music is a testament to pushing limits — soaring highs, earth-shattering lows, and everything in between.

“..I expect these guys to perhaps become one of the breakout stars for folks to go absolutely crazy for.. destined for bigger and better things sooner rather than later." - Steve Howe, Outlaws Of The Sun

The band's self-titled debut album (February 2025, self-released) received rave reviews from within the scene (Stoner Hive, Outlaws of the Sun, Doomcakes, The Obelisk, Sunday's Heavy Tunes, Stoner Rock Army..) and charted at #10 on February's Doom Charts - as the band continue to play blistering shows across Germany including gigs with DOMADORA and ABANAMAT amongst others.
