He’s laid down grooves with gospel royalty like Rev. Hubert Powell, Ben Tankard, and a whole heavenly host of others, and kept the beat for blues legend Doug MacLeod – all while collecting wisdom like drumsticks after a solo.

Jack’s not just a percussion powerhouse. Along the way, all that soulful sound turned him into a singer with a voice that hugs you and hits you at the same time. His songs are filled with grit, heart, and stories pulled straight from real life – especially from his proudest achievement: raising two incredible daughters as a single dad.

For 25 years, Jack inspired kids as an elementary school music teacher, bringing joy, creativity, and confidence to countless young lives. Now retired from teaching, he devotes his time to singing, playing guitar, and sharing his stories through music – always with honesty, heart, and a touch of humor.
