Producing A Kind Generation

Producing a Kind Generation is a 3 piece art rock trio, hailing from Louisville, Kentucky. The band is driven by the emotive poetry of frontman Dre Smith and the dynamic rhythms executed by drummer Kym Williams in collaboration with bassist Aaron 'Ace' Holmes. Producing a Kind Generation uses melody and rhythm as a backdrop to discuss the human experience and share moments of vulnerability with their listeners. Their approach to art is more so rooted in the virtuosity of being human than it is in musical virtuosity.

The band’s style is most commonly compared to that of 90’s alternative but even that comparison lacks the proper nuance to effectively describe their methods of expression; nonetheless, it’s a good place to start.
