Golden Fin

Rock music with heavy bass, flying drums, fat guitars and floating melodies.

Max and Sascha started making music back in 2006. A lot not well tuned guitars later, both met drummer Teresa at her last concert with the band Mirage. From 2010 the band was called Sold Out and recorded more than 30 songs on 3 albums: Turning Leaf, Urban Smoke and Even Scale. Some songs like Blue Lights or Color The Intent from those records are still performed by the band today.

In Fall 2016, after 2 years break, finally Tim joined on the bass. The last missing piece in the puzzle. The band is called Golden Fin since then and released their first EP in 2021 with the songs: Vulcano, Blank Page and Sand Runs Quick.

The band published 3 songs in 2023 under the release name "Fat Meep". Golden Fin was announced as one of the top newcomers from Thüringen as they reached the final round of the Thüringen Grammy. In November 2023 the band started the recording of "Magic Heartz" which was released in 2024. It includes the 3 songs "Geriatric Tragedy", "You Alone" and "Who Cares" and was mixed and mastered by Rhys Zacher at Spinlight Studios Newcastly, Australia. The first time ever the band published songs on Vinyl including the songs from Magic Heartz and earlier releases.

In November 2024 Golden Fin started to record 4 new songs for Atlas, the upcoming album.
