New Dawn: [A new day, a fresh start, a new era]

New Dawn is establishing itself as a compelling force in the pop-rock scene, evolving from a fresh project into an exciting presence in the Dutch music landscape.

Their debut single, Bad Habits, captivates with its melodic hooks and energetic vibe, drawing influences primarily from Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay and Nothing but Thieves. The track is further enhanced by a high-quality music video that adds a visual dimension to the track's intensity.

New Dawn has made appearances on 3FM and delivered a powerful set at the Pinguin Radio showcases during ESNS in Groningen. They performed at Totaalfestival, stepping in the footsteps of major artists. Winning the Kempenerpop contest allowed them to perform as the Sunday act just before the festival’s headliner, amplifying their presence in the live-music scene.

Founded in 2022 by singer and songwriter Jelle Bijnen, the band took shape after he recorded several demos and invited his brother, Loek Bijnen, to join him. Loek's previous collaborations naturally led to the inclusion of bassist Senna Trompetter. To complete their sound, they welcomed guitarist Teun Lemmens into the fold.

With more music on the way, New Dawn is set to expand their reach, bringing their signature edge and energy to new venues and festivals. This is New Dawn at full speed, ready to push the boundaries of modern pop-rock.
