Formed in the heart of San Diego, BRIEGADE emerged in 2004 with a mission to revive the spirit of classic rock while forging a sound all their own. Drawing from the thunderous grooves of Led Zeppelin, Metallica, and the raw power of bands like Deep Purple and The Who, they blend searing guitar riffs with soulful vocals and lyrical storytelling.
Founded by partners Don and Cindy Braxton—on vocals/percussion and bass/backup vocals respectively—and lead guitarist Parker Vaughn, the band quickly gained traction performing across California. After a hiatus and several evolutions, BRIEGADE returned stronger than ever, delivering electrifying live shows and deeply personal original music. With a sound rooted in tradition but driven by passion, their music is loud, heartfelt, and unapologetically alive.
