oanna and The Dropouts, formed in 2019, are a Brighton/London-based band delivering an electrifying fusion of garage rock, surf, and pop.
Frontwoman Joanna commands the stage with her B-52’s and Wanda Jackson-inspired vocals, signature big curly hair, and baby blue Fender guitar. The lineup is rounded out by her husband Ross on funky bass grooves, Charlotte on keys and harmonies, and Cheryl driving the rhythm on drums.
The band has shared the stage with notable acts such as Gen and The Degenerates, ARXX, The Rumours, and The Darts. In 2024, they took a career-defining step, performing on Glastonbury's iconic Croissant Neuf Stage, solidifying their reputation as a standout live act.
