Honeysucker

Born from the smokey depths of Brooklyn nightlife, Honeysucker is a sonic manifestation of the raw energy that pulses through the city after-hours. Carrying echoes of late-night confessions and the allure of neon lights flickering on rain-soaked streets.

Honeysucker came into existence during the spring of 2022 when two wishfully accomplished Brooklyn based indie-pop musicians, Jack Brickner and Sam Wright, joined forces. Feeling a bit worn out within their individual endeavors, they were both looking for a fresh creative spark. Determined to forge a new sonic identity, influenced by new-wave, indie, R&B, and pop, they devoted the lion's share of 2023 to composing, recording, and live testing their new material. They coined it Land Locked Yacht Rock.

With the addition of Zach Kornhauser and Gavi Kutliroff to their live lineup, Honeysucker is poised for an exciting year ahead. They are set to unveil a fresh wave of singles, stage captivating performances across the diverse venues, basements, and rooftops of New York, and establish their presence as an integral part of Brooklyn's music scene.
