About Anshin
Anshin is an LA-based melodic indie band formed in 2020. They are currently promoting their first EP “Break the Trap”, which released in August 2024, through playing a slew of shows in the Los Angeles area, which has included Whisky A Go Go and House of Blues.
High school friends Christian, Daniel, Max, and Ben began writing the songs that would make up Anshin’s catalog during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. They began putting out music that they recorded independently in February 2023, and were joined on drums by Justin Berumen in September 2024.
With their first EP being completed during the summer of 2024, the band’s focus is now on developing their live act and putting together the songs that will make up their next project.
