Lea Maria Fries

Lea Maria Fries is an established artist, whose musical career bears witness to a wealth of experience and deep sensitivity. She has collaborated with numerous ensembles, including Vsitor, For A Word and the captivating Et.nu. With creative audacity, she also led her own quartet, 22° Halo, making her mark on the music scene.
Today, she confidently steps to the forefront with her new album, Cleo. This more personal project reflects her sincerity and honesty about the world around her, embodying an artistic drive that transcends individual boundaries to take on a universal significance. Cleo is a contemporary work, both relevant and daring.
The eleven compositions and one cover version on this opus have been skilfully arranged by Julien Herné and performed by some of the most talented musicians on the French jazz scene.
