About Carrying
Carrying
Born in a sunny San Diego bedroom, Carrying has blossomed from a lo-fi dream pop solo project into a Brooklyn-based 5-piece. Fueled by the contrasting styles of two primary songwriters, their sound merges a love for a good 90s anthem with elements of folk and shoegaze. Carrying offers a little bit of everything, creating a sound that blends their influences smoother than a freshly waxed basketball court – so smooth and eerily reminiscent, your dad will likely want to show his friends.
