Once again, SKORTS was absolutely transcendent. I felt like I could reach into the air and wrap their sounds around me like a silken sheet of glorious light made of gold and all of the colors in the cosmos at their brightest.
This band doesn’t put on a show. They deliver you an experience that’s the closest that I’ve ever gotten to being able to touch “the source” or whatever it is that’s out there that’s greater than myself.
These four beautiful people harness what I think can only be considered to be “Magick” with a k.
In a world that feels like it’s darkening, SKORTS for me at least, is my shining light. And I hope they can bring to others a sense of awe and wonder that they’ve been able to give me.
I’m always too shy to say anything to them, but I truly love these amazing human beings. When the four of them decided to make a band, all the right stars were crossed that night.
