The Anti Groupies

With a punk attitude, edgy style, and a powerful message, it is no doubt that The Anti Groupies are raising the bar in rock music. Inspiring all female musicians, this young all-female band is bringing female empowerment by showing that they can be loud and captivating. As a band that incorporates several musical influences within their music, a unique, inimitable sound is formed.

The Anti Groupies are a hard rock band based in Long Beach, California, consisting of Cassidy Fleeman (vocals/guitar), Isabella Broersma (guitar), Sydney Moore (bass), and Kyla Foster (drums). Knowing each other through mutual friends and music programs, they were quickly bonded and began performing together beginning of 2021. By October 2022, The Anti Groupies self-released their first single “Blessing In Disguise” followed by “Social Battery” and “Voicemail” during the summer of 2023.

Playing over 100 shows in the span of 2 years, The Anti Groupies continue to spread their music to new audiences. An average Anti Groupies show would consist of Cassidy’s versatile and dynamic vocals, Isabella’s killer guitar licks, Sydney’s groovy bass lines, and Kyla’s tight drum beats tied with her alluring vocal harmonies. Their lyrics connect with the audience; They discuss heartbreak, toxic friendships, rebelling conformity, and uncomfortable social situations. Anti Groupies’ lyrics paired with heavy, classic-rock inspired instrumentals create the amazing dynamic that makes them who they are.
