His themes of mythologized or intensified reality aim for the theatrical with romantic sincerity and self-deprecation in each of his endeavours.

The Mandrills were once a little sonic basement crawler from Groningen (The Netherlands) until there was only one little Mandrill left. The Last Mandrill (born as Wybe Wiersma) abides and serenades the creations of crystalized microcosmoi in different outlets.
