About Connor Daly

"Comprised of twelve original songs, it easily qualifies as one of the most impressive debuts of the year.” - American Songwriter (On Daly's Debut Album "Colors Fade"). Raised in Northern Virginia, Connor Daly grew up playing sports and music. Daly was the Virginia High School (5A) state champion in discus, earning him a spot on the track and field team at George Mason University, where he competed throughout college. Along with his athletic pursuits, he played classical guitar, developing a cascading fingerpicking style that shines through in his songs today, and he started writing songs. After his first year in college, Daly turned to songwriting more fully, and in 2019 recorded some demos and fell in love “with the process of bringing my own songs to life.” Now at 25, with more than 100 songs in his catalog, he continues to develop his craft. Daly released multiple singles throughout 2023. Daly recently delivered a successful release show at Analog in Nashville, TN, to celebrate the album's launch. He is eager to continue performing in support of the album and plans to announce additional shows soon. With musical influences including Jason Isbell, Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, and Ed Sheeran, Daly has cultivated a knack for delivering his songs in tender vocals that swell with the emotional resonance of the song. When he's not writing or recording, Daly can be found on the golf course, in the gym lifting weights or playing Yahtzee. This past July, Daly released his debut album, Colors Fade, featuring acoustic driven arrangements with poetic stories that cross the full spectrum of human experience. Daly has recently relocated to Tennessee and now calls Nashville home.
