About USERS
USERS is the emerging post-punk band that has quickly sent shockwaves
through the Danish music scene. Rooted in socially critical activism, the fight for a new
society is manifested through noisy riffs, aggressive vocals and thought-provoking lyrics.
The music is a wake-up call you can dance to, and there will be plenty of opportunity to do
so as USERS present hope among frustrations at a fast pace. Despite the band's short
lifespan, they have unequivocally proven, through their uncompromising, explosive, and
sharp live shows, that they fill a void in the music scene.
"It's a youth rebellion and a class struggle at the same time. The rage and
indignation hits you in the face like a mixture of sweat and spit, and it feels
amazing" - Selvtægt
In 2023, USERS played the first concert in Palads' old club premises since Sex
Pistols and Iggy Pop. The band broke the boundaries of what was possible at the techno
club Den Anden Side. Since the beginning, USERS has challenged the idea of what a
traditional concert can be.
"With a voice like a young Damon Albarn, an attitude straight out of Thatcher-era London
and an energy that left everyone dripping with sweat and out of breath, the young Danish
band were such a positive surprise that we have no doubt that the only thing standing in the
way of a huge career is the band's own punk ethos." - Devilution
