About Slow Animals
Slow Animals is a three-piece band based out of Nashville, Tennessee, featuring Ryan Early on guitar and vocals, Kevin Lyman on bass and vocals, and Jake Robinson on drums. They radiate their own unique brand of Desert-Gaze, drawing inspiration from Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes, and Crumb. They embrace the weird, off-kilter, seductive tendencies of desert rock, and look through that with the rose-tinted glasses of pop songwriting. What comes out is a genre-splicing journey that will be sure to melt your mind and get stuck in the deepest crevices of your head.
