mini.mono es una banda creada durante tiempos pandémicos en Ciudad Satélite, Estado de México. En 2024, después de un largo tiempo de gestación, sale a la luz con su primer sencillo titulado “Las Visiones de Georgiana”. Esta canción se crea cuando mucho estaba pasando y al mismo tiempo nada. Sobre cómo pareciera que el mundo y las personas nunca van a cambiar. También habla sobre cómo le quitan crédito y mérito a otros sólo por tener ciertas creencias o ser de un género diferente “inapropiado” ante los ojos equivocados. El hostigamiento que en ocasiones se puede sentir en la calle por cuestiones de poder o influencia, etc. Ha pasado mucho tiempo, y nos sentimos ansiosos de gritar… otra vez.

mini.mono is a band created during the pandemic in Ciudad Satélite, Estado de México. In 2024, after a long period of development, they are coming into the spotlight with their first single titled “Las Visiones de Georgiana.” This song was created at a time when much was happening and yet nothing at all. It reflects on how it seems that the world and people will never change. It also speaks about how credit and merit are taken away from others just because of certain beliefs or being of a different "inappropriate" gender in the eyes of the wrong people. The harassment that can sometimes be felt on the street due to issues of power or influence, etc. A long time has passed, and we feel anxious to shout… once again.
