A magnetic mix of fierce rock energy and hook-filled pop, lighting up the stage and the speakers.

LadieLex is the brainchild of Alexandra Ósk Sigurðardóttir, an Icelandic artist now based in Stockholm, Sweden. After her time with the rock band Hellvar and various indie projects, she moved to Sweden in 2014 and launched LadieLex.

She introduced her distinctive sound with the debut single, "Gonna Give It" in 2017, followed by “Wrong Direction,” in 2022 leading up to her self-titled debut EP in 2023 — a release that solidified her position in the alternative indie rock-pop scene.
In 2024 she took on her first cover, reimagining Delerium’s classic “Silence” in June, followed by the powerful original single “Time Taker” in August. With a new EP set to drop in 2025, she’s ready to push her musical boundaries even further.

LadieLex’s sound is a blend of crisp electronic elements and rich live instrumentation, creating a unique style that’s both grounded and adventurous.
As a fiercely independent artist, she writes, records, and produces all her music herself, embodying the innovative spirit of Iceland’s thriving creative community.
