The Palais

The Palais invite you into their own musical world of emotions. If you dive into it, you’ll be flooded with catchy guitar riffs and feel-good atmosphere. At the same time, their dreamy waves of sound carry you away into the transience of the moment. With each breath, you’ll get a glimpse into their inner selves: driven by melancholic, brooding lyrics they tell stories about finding identity in a world where they must constantly find their way through changes. Guided by extensive synth segments, they capture nostalgia and the present in a mix between indie pop and rock. Contemporary artists like The 1975, Paramore, Dayglow and Beabadoobee leave clear musical traces.

The first releases in 2021 were followed by radio airplays on local radios, the first support gig for the Australian band Kingswood, shows in their hometown Vienna in front of full clubs and the first festival gig at the Surf World Cup in Neusiedl. After a long search for the perfect sound, the band meets producer Moritz Kristmann (Another Vision, Greyshadow, Pippa), who works with them to create the desired sound.
