About Songs of LLORE
Indie rock daydreamers, Songs of Llore, create a lush sonic dreamscape for listeners to explore. Ethereal, yet intimate vocals weave through distorted guitars and vibey synth pads to transport listeners to other worlds. Songs of Llore employs a combination of real and synthetic instruments and sounds, transcending the limits of the physical world while staying grounded on earth. Similar artists are: Wet Leg, Angel Olsen, Mitski, Cocteau Twins.
Songs of Llore is the project of Amanda Collins who uses music to spin elements of magic and storytelling. Her songs speak of healing, nature, and connecting with our truest self. She is inspired by daydreams and using music as a portal to enter other worlds. Influences include a big pile of fantasy novels, folk ballads, FKA twigs, Fairport Convention, Joan Baez, Mitski, and Jenny Lewis.
Songs of Llore is based in Nashville, TN performing with bandmates Matt Steward and Dillon Frazier. They are currently finalists in Lightning 100’s Music City Mayhem. Their four song EP, “Late Bloomer,” is now out on all streaming platforms.
