Hailing from the coastal town of Bournemouth, Small Talk are an indie-rock band flying the flag for a whole new generation of guitar-driven pop music. When frontman Ben Lewis and drummer Harry Whitton joined forces in the summer of 2021 untied by the frustrations of the lockdown era, they meshed their musical influences together to create a sound they instantly knew was right. With mammoth guitar lines, singalong riffs and euphoric melodies, Small Talk's songwriting has a level of maturity you wouldn't expect with all members being in their early 20s. With the addition of lead guitarist Mickey Golicher, Small Talk began making a name for themselves with their energetic live shows and unique social media presence. The band have featured on Radio X, garnered over 300,000 streams on their music, supported household names such as Sundara Karma and been out on two packed headline tours.
