About Dubarise
Dubarise from Stuttgart (GER) stand for a finely tuned mosaic of rich bass, fine offbeats and lots of love for reggae and dub.
By playing powerful tunes, the eight-piece band inspires their audiences to dance to the soundscapes of dub and roots reggae. Their lyrics move between social commentary and wise thoughtfulness.
In 2019, the album “Babylon Falling” was released and the band performed live at the “Sunshine Reggae Festival” (FR) and at the “Reggae in Wulf Festival” (GER), among others.
Dubarise looks back on numerous concerts, for instance the “U&D Stuttgart” and the “Keep it Real Jam” in 2022, as well as a successful tour in 2023, with stops at the “Eurofolkfestival” and “Reggae in My Garden” with Benjie and other artists.
The release of the double EP “Dubarise EP” at the end of 2022, was followed by the music video for the tune “Relax Your Soul” via Reggaeville, at the start of this year.
After a successful live season, “Elements” and „Emergency (feat. Awa Fall)“ were released. - The first two singles for the 2024 upcoming album.
