Allison Lorenzen

Allison Lorenzen is a musician based in Southern Colorado by way of Denver, whose darkwave dreampop sound explores a minimalist approach to acutely felt noise-pop and aching slowcore. Her first solo album, Tender, was released by Whited Sepulchre Records in 2021 to critical praise and was named Best Album by Denver’s Westword Magazine. Lorenzen’s latest single “Words” released in 2023 as part of the dark music label The Flenser’s compilation of LOW covers, which received acclaim from Stereogum. Lorenzen’s ongoing collaborations with Midwife have garnered praise from numerous publications including NPR.
