Mount Mural

Mount Mural crafting its new music from the city of Toronto after a few years living apart, is a 4 piece post-rock, shoegaze band. The sound of the band brings up feelings of melancholy, uncertainty and darkness. The music gives the listener space to be in a trance and time to self reflect as mesmerizing melodies, loops and syncopated drums surround you. Mount Mural has been releasing singles and touring places in Canada since 2018, and are preparing to release a line of singles in 2024 before a follow up full length record.

The band is run label free with a big DIY approach to the music, recording, production, booking and artwork. Keeping every aspect of the band localized, they’ve been able to capture and release their own vision. In 2022, as soon as the pandemic ended, Mount Mural booked a DIY tour over 2 weeks playing 4 dates in B.C and 2 dates in Ontario.
