About Four Black Lungs
Four Black Lungs from Munich Germany is a five piece punk band inspired by bands like Hot Water Music, The Menzingers, Iron Chic or Spanish Love Songs.
The band was founded by Matze (guitar, backing vocals), Matzn (drums), Max (vocals) and Ferdi (bass) in August 2019. In March 2020 the band released its music video for the single “Norfolk”.
2022 they released three singles with accompanying videos, which together form a road movie short film. After several gigs and playing a supportshow for Press Club, Max (vocals) left the band in February 2023 to devote himself to private matters.
In August 2023, Four Black Lungs returned with a new singer (Ameis) and a second guitarist (Celina). They are currently working on their debut album, which is expected to be released in 2024.
