Ziferblat is music as a way to synchronize with others, in a shared context. Only local time, not attempts to calculate how much time has passed and how much is left. Without explaining anything or touching on heavy matters in vain. 
 We are all happy to ignore how mechanisms work as long as they suit us - it's the most blunt and accurate metaphor for human hearts, souls and psyches that we can play by ear.
