Elephant

Elephant are the gentle giants of Dutch indie rock. With their acclaimed debut “Big Thing” (2022), the Rotterdam four-piece built their sound around a seemingly effortless blend of melodic guitars and laid-back vocals. But underneath, there was always something darker and melancholic. On their 2025 album “III”, Elephant dialed up the volume and won over crowds at major stages including Lowlands, Pinkpop and Best Kept Secret.
A European tour with indie icons Nada Surf led to an invitation from producer Ian Laughton (Nada Surf, Ash) to record at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales. Together with Laughton and Nick Brine (Oasis, The Stone Roses), Elephant captured their true essence. Their new single, “About You,” delivers a massive, urgent sound. This is Elephant at their absolute best: bigger, sharper, and completely unstoppable.
